YOGA FOR EVERY BODY, POSTNATAL AND PRENATAL
I am a Yoga Alliance 200-RYT teacher. I completed my training with Yogalife in Edmonton when my baby was four to eleven months old. I completed my prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training with Mamata yoga in Edmonton. I know how essential the right movements are to healing the postpartum body following birth and was able to integrate yoga in my own postpartum recovery. Yoga can help to strengthen the body, mind, and spirit as well as improve emotional well-being for every body- particularly during pregnancy and following birth.

At this time, all yoga classes have been moved outdoors or online where adequate social distancing can be maintained. If you are feeling ill, have a cough, sore throat, dizziness, runny nose, sneeze, nausea or have recently travelled out of the country, please do not attend classes.
