I am a Yoga Alliance 200-RYT teacher. I completed my training with Yogalife in Edmonton when my baby was four to eleven months old. I am currently working towards the completion of my prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training with Mamata yoga and will be finished in 2020. I know how essential the right movements are to healing the postpartum body following birth and was able to integrate yoga in my own postpartum recovery. Yoga can help to strengthen the body, mind, and spirit as well as improve emotional well-being for every body- particularly during pregnancy and following birth.

At this time, all yoga classes have been moved outdoors where adequate social distancing can be maintained. If you are feeling ill, have a cough, sore throat, dizziness, runny nose, sneeze, nausea or have recently travelled out of the country, please do not attend classes. Held throughout the community in both Leduc and Edmonton, these Hatha yoga classes are available to every body. Learn how to properly align your body to ensure safety while working through yoga postures. Classes enable students to deepen their practice gradually and provide modifications when necessary. Enjoy building strength and endurance while calming your mind.
